NEWS
Please subscribe to the Esplendor Newsletter. By the end of 2019 we would like to go paperless and no newsletters will be printed and delivered.
Esplendor has a WhatsApp group for residents, which will inform you of general issues.
Please send us your name, unit number and contact number to be added.
RULES
All residents are required to read and have a copy of the Esplendor Rules of Conduct, which can be downloaded from the website.
It is important that all residents read and understand the Sectional Title Act.
UPDATES
As we try to keep our newsletter as brief as possible, we can’t always elaborate on interesting Esplendor updates. You are welcome to look at the Updates page for general, maintenance and security updates or at previous newsletters.
RESIDENTS
All current residents and new residents are required to complete our Residents Form.
Please submit this form as quickly as possible.
GARDENS
All gardens are common property, but you have exclusive use of your walled garden. Please familiarise yourself with the Garden Guidelines.

On our Useful Contacts page you will find a variety of useful contact information pertaining to emergencies, security, maintenance and general contact information.
PETS
Although we are a pet-friendly complex, all owners need to obtain for permission from the Trustees by means of a Pet Application Online or Pet Application PDF form BEFORE acquiring a pet. All current/potential pet owners need to adhere to the Pet Guidelines.
RENOVATION
We have compiled a list of guidelines in order to promote harmonious living for all residents and uphold an aesthetic standard in Esplendor.
REFUSE
Municipal bins are collected on Tuesdays at 7.30am. Recycling is collected on Wednesdays, read more about Recycling in Esplendor.
POOL
Please keep the area around the pool clean and litter free. Keep the gate closed and latched at all times. No children are allowed in the pool area without adult supervision.
PARKING
Please ensure you only park in your designated parking spot. Neither you nor your guests may park on someone else’s parking. NO VEHICLE MAY BE PARKED ON THE AREAS MARKED WITH YELLOW PAINT.
SPEED LIMIT
Please note that the speed limit in the complex is 10km/h, be mindful of your surroundings when approaching a corner. There may be children and pets around.
