Esplendor is a sectional title housing complex built in 1974 and completed in 1975 in Lynnwood Ridge, Pretoria. The complex is known for its wide arches and spacious design. Each unit boasts with its own garden and the complex offers a pool area to be enjoyed by residents.
The complex forms part of Ridgefield Security Estate and is regularly patrolled and monitored.

The Body Corporate has a set of fair conduct rules that are strictly enforced to ensure that everyone can enjoy the complex. While pets are permitted in Esplendor, owners must submit an application along with supporting documents and receive approval BEFORE bringing a pet onto the property, after which the pets and owners must also adhere to the rules laid out in the conduct rules as well as any conditions laid out by the Trustees.
