Esplendor Body Corporate (The Owners/Members) elect between 5 to 8 Trustees at the AGM to perform the functions required of the Body Corporate for the period of a year. The Trustees are asked to sign the Charter. Any owner is eligible to be a Trustee. They are all volunteers and perform the function for no personal gain. The details of the functions, powers and duties of Trustees are contained in the accompanying documents.
TRUSTEE’S CHARTER
The objective of the Trustees of Esplendor is to ensure that the complex is a desirable residential complex to live in within Lynnwood Ridge; offering a relaxing lifestyle and a harmonious environment, contained within a secure area and at a cost that is reasonable and offers value for money.
To achieve this, the trustees follow good governance and business principles to ensure the sustainability of the living standards expected by all the stakeholders. When reaching decisions regarding the operations of the Estate and implementing these decisions, the Trustees undertake to act with the utmost integrity and in the best interests of the owners of the complex, while being cognizant of the interests of other stakeholders and all residents.
