As you all might know during 2019 there were quite a few big maintenance projects tackled of which some are still underway. One crucial update we had to focus on was the fire equipment.
Maintaining fire equipment is not only mandatory annually but also of utmost importance to ensure the safety of all residents. A large amount of our fire equipment was beyond repair after it has withstood the test of time for many years. Various fire hose reels and housings have been replaced and additional fire extinguishers have added to the complex. We have also compiled a fire evacuation plan that has been distributed to all the residents. This is an ongoing project and we endeavour to ensure that there are ample solutions to safeguard the complex.
The maintenance and installation of this equipment was completed by Speedies Fire Extinguisher Services.
